This year is the fifth anniversary of the Ontario Caregiver Organization’s (OCO) Spotlight Report on caregivers. Join OCO’s CEO Amy Coupal, as she shares a rapid five-year retrospective of the shifting caregiver landscape in Ontario. How have factors such as COVID-19, our aging population, the health human resource crisis, and the economic downturn influenced the caregiving experience over the last five years? Caregivers are taking on more responsibilities and investing more time in their caregiving role. Caregivers are struggling, and their well-being impacts both patient and system outcomes.
