The Ministry of Health (ministry) and Ontario Health (OH) are pleased to invite you to the OHT Year End Update, a special OHT Virtual Engagement Series to reflect on Ontario Health Teams’ (OHTs’) collective achievements to date and preview what’s ahead.
The Honourable Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, is expected to attend and share key achievements on the journey to building a more connected, better integrated health care system. Leaders from the ministry and OH, as well as Betty-Lou Kristy, Chair of the Minister’s Patient and Family Advisory Council, will share insights related to advancing the OHT model, its foundational building blocks and the path forward.
Audience: All approved OHTs and in-development teams, including leadership, administrative staff, patient, family and caregiver partners, member organizations, physicians and other affiliated care and social service providers.
