Transforming culture for an evidence-informed future

Enabling evidence-informed decision-making in conservation requires shifts in culture within the many institutions that are responsible for producing and using evidence. But changing culture is easier said than done. Fostering culture change often involves challenging dominant values and power structures. Facilitated by Dr. Sam Cheng, this seminar will explore the barriers to culture change and strategies to enable it, and will include tangible, practical ideas that can help staff and leaders start to foster a culture of evidence-informed practice within their institutions.
