Christina Clarke, BSc, MHA, is a quality improvement and change management consultant dedicated to helping clients create and deliver a vision, context, and pathway for positive health system transformation. With over a decade of experience, Christina has worked with diverse health system and community-based organizations to help plan, initiate, manage, implement, and sustain improvement efforts. In her work, Christina has supported clients to approach a number of health related topics (e.g., mental health integration, proactive frailty care, chronic disease management, HIV care, and more) with a population health management lens bolstered by a vision towards equity across quadruple aim domains. Christina holds a Masters in Health Administration from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor in Sciences (biochemistry) from the University of Guelph. She is a Prosci® certified change management practitioner and has extensive training in quality improvement and Breakthrough Series Collaborative methodology. When not spreading the good word about quality improvement, Christina can be found in her painting studio or spending time outside with her lovely family on Vancouver Island, BC.
