Programs: Evidence syntheses
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer deaths, and the third-most commonly diagnosed cancer in Canada. To ensure appropriate triage and management for CRC, there is a need to ensure screening programs are identifying individuals deemed to be at ‘increased risk’ of developing colorectal cancer due to familial or personal-health histories. This rapid synthesis was requested by the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer to support partners in Manitoba to identify features of screening programs to inform how to address this issue.
