Evidence-Based Medicine Remains the Leading Force in Improving Patient Care

Speakers Dr. Gordon Guyatt, a professor in the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at McMaster University, and Dr. Victor Montori, a professor of medicine and lead investigator in the Knowledge and Evaluation Research Unit at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine in Minnesota presented opposing views on the state of evidence-based medicine and its role in the 21st century.
