Introduction to the Engage with Impact Toolkit

This webinar provided OHTs with an introduction to the Engage with Impact Toolkit, a newly developed tool to support the evaluation of patient, family and caregiver engagement within OHTs. Participants were provided with a tour of the Toolkit’s web-based platform and capabilities, including 5 how-to modules that can be used to assess evaluation readiness, develop and tailor engagement evaluation plans, select evaluation measures and metrics, and guide data collection, analysis, reporting and next steps.
