As our population ages and our urban environment evolves, it becomes particularly important that social infrastructure be developed in ways that reduce limitations to mobility. Dr. Margaret Denton, a professor of sociology and health, aging and society, shares her views on how communities and programs are and can be developed, and the implications these decisions have on mobility.
